Director, Danielle Wentworth, graduated, with honors, in 2004 from The Ohio State University with a BA in Psychology. She has been in the child care field for over ten years and began her position with Trinity Lutheran Christian Childcare in July of 2007. Danielle and her family reside in Ashland.

 

Cindy Johnson oversees the day-to-day operations of the Child Care Office. She Joined Trinity Child Care in November 2005. Cindy was previously employed (10 years) with Washington City Schools in Washington C.H., Ohio, working in reading intervention.

 

Trinity Lutheran Christian Childcare has 25 employees. Our staff includes teachers who have a passion for children and love teaching. All staff members meet the certification requirements mandated by the Ohio Department of Job and Family services childcare division. Each staff member is required to maintain CPR/First Aid, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse Screening Classes. They are also required to have 45 hrs. additional training, 20 of those hours being focused on child development.
