Opportunities for Women at Trinity
Women's Sunday School Class - meets weekly in the South Sunroom. This group offers a variety of discussions and studies focus on different aspects of the faith journey: Contact Person: Sharon Sample
Moms in Touch - This prayer group meets weekly to pray for our children and their schools, and strives to be a positive encouragement to public and private schools. Contact Person: Michelle Vanderzyden
Prayer Shawl Ministry - This group of ladies gets together weekly to knit and crochet the prayer shawls that are given to shut-ins and new babies. Contact Person: Evelyn Palik
Women's Holiday Brunch - Led by the Women's Ministries Planning Board, this event is held on the first Saturday of December and includes devotions, entertainment, great food and a time to make a special holiday decoration.
Women's Retreat -Sponsored by the Women's Ministries Planning Board, event features popular, Christian Speakers. More information will be available before each event.
Trinity Circles and Mother's Groups
Deborah Circle This group of mostly retired women concentrates on book and Bible studies. They meet in member's homes on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Contact persons are Marcelle Bragg and Mary Lou MacKenzie
Emma Culler Circle This group of women meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month and programs are varied depending on current issues. Their Outreach projects include Camp Mowana scholarships and donations toward the Good Samaritan fund. Contact person is Dorothy Schneider
Priscilla Circle This group has been together over 30 years and enjoys diverse programs based on the members' interests. Their outreach projects include providing Thanksgiving baskets to needy families and donation toward the Camp Mowana scholarship fund. New members are always welcome
Mom to Mom this group of young women meets the 2nd Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the church. They are currently concentrating on book studies and discussion is varied but centers around family issues. Any moms are welcome. Contact person is Sheila Glazier.
Just Moms This group is designed for working or non-working mothers of young children. They meet every third Monday of the month during the evening hours to discuss and support the everyday events in their lives. Contact person is Heather Jurjevic.
