Reaching Out
IN OUR COMMUNITY
Trinity has always placed a high priority on reaching into the community with the good of Jesus and with the joy of the Lord for the town around us. Examples would include members volunteering at the Associated Charities Food Bank, Pump House, and working on Habitat homes. We also sponsor about 18 different community groups who use our building such as AA, Alanon, Narcotics Anonymous, the Ashland Soccer Association, and the Ashland Parks Board. We have set up separate groups that minister to the community through the Trinity Christian Preschool, the Trinity Child Care and Lifeworx, a ministry to persons who are bi-polar or schizophrenic.
HELPING OUR MILITARY
Do you throw away unused coupons? DON’T! Trinity is collecting your unused coupons to be sent to military bases. The coupons are then distributed to military families for use at the base stores. The coupons can be put in the collection envelope on the military bulletin board in the hallway across from rooms A&B. CLICK HERE for a news article with additional information. FAR AWAY
We have also sent mission teams to Nairobi, Mississippi, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Montana, St. Croix, West Virginia, and various parts of Ohio to teach Bible Schools, build churches and houses, and to provide a variety of ministries.
