4-6th Graders -- Kick-Off Hayride at Camp Mowana
Sunday, October 10, 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Cost: $7 per child
We will need parent drivers and chaperones for this event.
3yr. olds to 3rd Graders -- “Finding Our Faith this Fall”
Sunday, October 10, 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Join us for a fun afternoon as we travel through the church to learn about our faith.

Weekday Church School
This program is offered twice a year, in the fall and spring, for children ages 3-5. Each six-week session includes Bible stories, crafts, games, snacks, and music that all focus on the theme of the session. Check back later for details on the next session.
Advent Workshop
This wonderful event, held on the first Sunday in Advent, begins our holiday preparations with a focus on Christ and his birth. We enjoy a short worship time followed by a delicious meal and a time to make Advent Wreaths and holiday crafts with our families. No fee for this event, but a free will donation is accepted.
Children's Choirs
All choirs begin in September, on the first Wednesday from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. until May. Preschool choir; for children age 4 as of September 30 through Kindergarten; Cherub choir for children grades 1 & 2; and our Junior Choir for children grades 3-6.
Children's Ministries events
The Children's Ministries Planning Board is a group of Trinity members that plans events for specific age groups outside of the Sunday School opportunity. Our 4-6th graders gather 3 to 4 times a year to do a service project combined with a fun activity, and the 3-year-olds thru 3rd graders enjoy events geared toward learning more about special times of the year such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
Concert Kids for 6th graders ONLY!!
This group was formed because of concern over today's secular music and a desire to share the contemporary Christian rock option with our 6th graders. Trinity parents chaperone this fun activity that includes dinner together and a lot of fun!
Creative Movement Program
You won't want to miss this time of music, movement, and fun as we enjoy Creative Movement led by Mark Koehler. Children of all ages are sure to enjoy this program!! For more information on fees and registration, call Mark at 419-281-8948
Vacation Bible School
VBS is held the first or second week in June and is an excellent opportunity to minister to the children of our congregation and community. It takes over 70 volunteers to run this week-long program that shares the love of Christ with nearly 300 children from age 3-8th grade! Don't miss out on the fun!
Reading Enrichment
This program is offered for two weeks in July to all students who have completed the 1-4th grades. This Christian-based program focuses on helping children hone their reading skills through hands-on activities, field trips, and storytellers. Certified teachers work with classes of 10 children to optimize the teaching/learning opportunity.
Trinity Lutheran Christian Preschool
A tuition-based preschool is in session from Labor Day Through the month of May. It has two 9-11:30 M-W-F morning classes for children age 4 and older; two 9-11:30 T-Th classes for children age 3; and a 12:30-3:00 M-T.W.Th afternoon class for 4- and 5-year-olds with an emphasis on Kindergarten readiness. The school is licensed by the state of Ohio and is open to the community. Director: Anne Seiss.
Choir Camp
If you love music, fun, and fellowship, you will love Trinity's Choir Camp!! We will begin late July/early August from 9-11:30 a.m. for children age 4 (as of September 30) through grade 8. Sunday School
At Trinity Lutheran Church we offer many wonderful Sunday school opportunities for children and youth. All classes welcome new members. Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. with classes for all ages. If you have questions, our hospitality team will be happy to assist you. We hope you will join us as we grow in faith together.

Trinity Lutheran Christian Child Care
Educational child care opportunities are available for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We are open Monday-Friday, from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., year round. We have a contract with DJFS for financial assistance for those who qualify. The child care is licensed by the State of Ohio and is open to the community.
