"Getting to Know Trinity" New Member Class

Getting to know Trinity is open to any persons who have been attending our services and activities, or who have indicated an interest in joining Trinity.   Those who are ready to learn more about the church or want to take the next step in their spiritual journey here at Trinity are encouraged to attend.  Getting to Know Trinity is an afternoon designed to introduce guests to the history of Trinity, membership, and involvement opportunities. 

Getting to know Trinity classes are scheduled three times a year, in the fall, spring, and summer.  They take place on a Sunday afternoon from 2:00-4:00. Participants will have time to talk with Pastor Mitchell and other staff members about the church, tour the facilities, and discuss membership.  In addition to the Sunday meeting, those wishing to pursue membership will have the opportunity to meet personally with a staff member and be received into membership at the service of their choice within the following two weeks.

Getting to know Trinity classes are announced in the bulletin, newsletter, and on the website.  If a guest indicates that they are interested in joining on the attendance register or via email, a personal invitation will be sent directly to them.  We request that participants pre-register for the Getting to Know Trinity class.  Child care will be provided upon request only.  Any questions about the afternoon should be directed to Michelle Vanderzyden at the church office.
